Dear Sir/Madam,
I play Candy Crush and occasionally purchase gold bars for extra sets. I recently reviewed my credit card statement and noticed that money is being deducted far more often than I actually purchased gold bars. In February alone, it shows that I made 25 purchases, which I do not believe is correct.
I suspect something is wrong. Some charges appear while I am at work, and there are instances where amounts are deducted twice in quick succession. I am certain that I did not make 25 purchases in February.
What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hello @Chanullie Please note that King do not deal with money transactions so this community cannot help you. If there is any suspicion of fraud you must contact the agent that holds your credit card details immediately! Review your security data and if necessary cancel your credit card. This has nothing to do with King, but it is urgent that you deal with it if you really suspect someone else is making these transactions!
