Hey what is this event. This is in my game but i don't know what colour candys to collect to compete in this event. Does anyone know about this.

Ya I saw those on the Microsoft store game snippets and liked the way that looked, so seeing something similar now puts a smile on my face.
As someone who used to play tons of RPGs/MMORPGs numbers popping up feels right.
I've already seen them in the last version of this event and at first I found them irritating, but soon got used to them. In fact I saw a video of some ancient level of Candy Crush recently, the good old days of long lasting cascades, and that reminded me that having numbers pop up like this is not new. It's in fact how way back the game used to be.

Sweet Sailing is typically used as the name for various test leaderboard events. The fact that it was a purple collection last time doesn't necessarily mean that it will be the same this time (though it is likely to be for obvious reasons).
Gonna be some cold sailing since it is still winter season. Also being it was at the end of march, spring, I wonder if someone hit the wrong button haha.

Watch out for prizes. Hopefully we'll be able to click on the treasure chests to see what's in them. So unless you want to lose gold bars make sure you earn more than you spend on trying to win it. Good luck!

How would you know that for sure? All I see is the countdown timer….I can't press on it for any more information.
This event is not active yet until another 20 hours. You should have a countdown clock next to the display to show this. I believe that it will probably be purple candies, but there is no point collecting them until tomorrow for they won't count.
