Please help me transfer my FB progress to KING

I still have not found resolution to transfer my facebook progress to KING via e-mail. Facebook is locking my account in a few days because I cannot do "advanced protection". Someone sent me the same resolution but it does not work, I do not have the option in the gear icon to login with my e-mail.
