Hello. This is one of the spearmint snowstorm levels. These are indeed very difficult and some of them are probably impossible to pass without playing boosters such as a UFO or paying 10 gold bars for extra moves. All players get the same spearmint snowstorm levels, regardless of whether you are at level 515 or playing at level 15,000. I am afraid there is no help or advice I can offer for these levels. Some of them seem to be pay-to-pass. You could try to turn on hints and follow the hints the game gives you right up to the last two or three moves. That might work as the game usually does want players to pass eventually so the hints might help you after 5 days.
