No ads?

I did purchases few years ago on my account and I have seen on reddit that people were mentionning having ads for extra moves and it was very helpful to progress. Apparently if you did few purchase it gets rid of the ads completely. But I want my ads back and progress in the game… We are really being punished for paying for this game? That makes no sense lol

Hey there, sometimes these features will be available for players and sometimes not as the studio tests the different events in the game. Sometimes you'll also have events that other players won't have, so hopefully it will return to your game soon! 🙏

Since people have this feature if they have done no purchase I have a totally different theory. Also they mention that disconnecting their account, uninstalling the app, reinstall and relog fix the issue (but you are loosing all your boosters, which makes me not want to do this solution and loosing all the boosters I paid);

Anyway my theory:

Why would you put an ad feature for people that paid, they will eventually pay more so that's fine, let's remove a feature that would make them progress easier.

But people that did not pay, they will eventually never pay, let's make them watch ads so they give us money anyway.

This is like the lives system, the vision of the company, abusing naiveness of customers makes me sick. I hope I am wrong, but anyway you will never investigate the issue whatsoever that is for sure.

I have never had ads for 12 years.


Don't get me wrong, I am happy about King's success, there is no issue with that, the more success the more it thrives, the more we have the game and they can make it better and better. The only issue is we are not all treated the same way, this is really unfair.
