Could you please try to follow the steps from our Help Center in the article crashing/freezing depending on your device to try to correct any issues?

Is your level different from this video? If so please could you post a screenshot. The video shows a frosting order, not jellies, but it can be achieved with what is present on the board. The last frostings appear under the order lock after you destroy the two red candies.
