I saved my game on my old phone and logged in to my account on new phone. It brought over my gold bars but not my inventory. How do I fix this?

Gold Bars are saved to your account, so they transfer when you log in on a new device. However, boosters and lives are stored locally on your device, which means they don’t transfer when you switch phones. Unfortunately, this means there’s no way to recover them on your new phone.
If you still have access to your old device, you can continue playing there to make use of any remaining inventory before fully switching over.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
