    Hi @Graoliveira426,

    If you didn’t make a purchase but were charged, it’s important to check a few things:

    Check your purchase history

    • For Apple (iOS): Open Settings > Tap your Apple ID > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History.
    • For Google Play (Android): Open Google Play Store > Tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history.

    Check if someone else made the purchase

    • If you share your device with someone, it’s possible they made a purchase accidentally.

    Contact Player Support for further help

    • Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon).
    • Tap the "?" (Help Center) and select Purchases & Gold Bars.
    • Scroll down and select "Contact Us" to report the issue.

    If the purchase was accidental or unauthorized, you may also be able to request a refund through Apple or Google Play. Let us know if you need any help!
