If you’re unable to connect to the Candy Crush shop, try these steps:
Check your internet connection – Switch between WiFi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.
Restart your device – Sometimes a simple reboot can fix connection problems.
Update the game – Go to your app store and make sure you have the latest version installed.
Clear cache (Android only) – Go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush > Storage > Clear Cache.
Log out and back in – Open the game, go to Settings, log out of your account, then log back in.
