restore my levels

I was at level 2912 and when I click on the level it opens level 26. I want my levels back.

Sorry to hear that your progress reset! If you were at level 2912 but now only see level 26, try these steps:

1️⃣ Check if you're logged into the correct account

If you saved your progress with a King or Facebook account, log in using the same credentials.
Go to Settings (gear icon) and check if you see an option to log in.

2️⃣ Manually sync your progress

If you played on another device before, try logging in there to see if your progress is intact.

3️⃣ Contact Player Support if your progress is still missing

Open the game and go to Settings > Help Center (?) > Game Progress.
Select "Lost Progress" and follow the steps.
If needed, tap "Contact Us" which you will find at the bottom of the article.
