restore my levels

I was at level 2912 and when I click on the level it opens level 26. I want my levels back.

Sorry to hear that your progress reset! If you were at level 2912 but now only see level 26, try these steps:

1️⃣ Check if you're logged into the correct account

• If you saved your progress with a King or Facebook account, log in using the same credentials.
• Go to Settings (gear icon) and check if you see an option to log in.

2️⃣ Manually sync your progress

• If you played on another device before, try logging in there to see if your progress is intact.

3️⃣ Contact Player Support if your progress is still missing

• Open the game and go to Settings > Help Center (?) > Game Progress.
• Select "Lost Progress" and follow the steps.
• If needed, tap "Contact Us" which you will find at the bottom of the article.
