If you lost your Candy Crush progress, don’t worry! You can try these steps to recover it:

Check if you're logged into the correct account

• If you saved your game with a King or Facebook account, log in using the same credentials.
• Go to Settings (gear icon) and check if you see an option to log in.

Manually sync your progress

• If you played on another device before, log in there and check if your progress is intact.

Contact Player Support if your progress is still missing

• Open the game and go to Settings > Help Center (?) > Game Progress.
• Select "Lost Progress" and follow the steps.
• If needed, tap "Contact Us" which you will find at the bottom of the article.
