after playing for years and reaching level 2000 something I received a notice there is an upgrade. I can access nothing. Not a real problem. I had a good time the first time I would enjoy going through the levels again.
There is the problem. I got all signed up and cant figure out where the how to start

Currently, there are 18,605 levels in Candy Crush Saga, so you haven’t reached the end! To better understand what’s happening, could you provide a few more details?
- What was the message you received about the upgrade?
- What device are you playing on? (Make & model)
- What version of the game do you have installed? (You can check this in your app store)

I really did not expect an answer it was a frustrated rhetorical question. The game did allow me to wander in and play a little yesterday. I do not know how I got in so today I am in the same boat I was in yesterday. Perhaps you can teach me to sail?
When I opened Candy Crush to get my daily fix I hit a message which said "New Version Upgrade"
which takes me to a screen with people at a news desk discussing the new version. I could not remember the email I signed in with or the password for any of the accounts so I decided to just restart. great idea except now that I have signed up under oncemore4papi (replacing papi3) I can not find the door to get in so I can play.
I know I should go find a box of checkers and leave the sophisticated toys to people who did not learn programing with punch cards.

I am playing on a HP laptop windows 11 operating system
