If you’re unable to connect Candy Crush to your Facebook account, try these steps:
Check your internet connection – Try switching between WiFi and mobile data.
Make sure Facebook is updated – Go to your app store and update the Facebook app.
Log out of both apps and log back in
Clear cache (Android only) – Go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush > Storage > Clear Cache.
Try connecting through a browser
If the issue persists, you can contact King Support through the game:
Open the game and tap on the gear icon (⚙️ Settings).
Tap on the question mark (?) to open the Help Center.
Choose "Connection Issues", then scroll down and tap "Contact Us".
