    How to Request a Refund or Fix a Duplicate Charge:

    Check your purchase history

    • For Apple (iOS): Go to Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History
    • For Google Play (Android): Open Google Play Store > Tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history

    Contact Player Support

    • Open the game and tap on the Settings menu (gear icon ⚙️).
    • Tap on the question mark (?) to open the Help Center.
    • Select Purchases & Gold Bars and scroll down to "Contact Us".
    • Provide details about the duplicate charge, including a screenshot of your receipt for faster assistance.

    If the purchase was made through Apple or Google, you may also be able to request a refund directly through the App Store or Google Play Store.
