have checked FAQ’s and followed the instructions of taking level 10,000 again which I’ve tried twice but unfortunately still no banner - can you help please?

Please note that Kiara is mistaken and the advice to replay the milestone level is out of date. Unfortunately King have now removed banners from the game for all players. Don't waste your time trying to replay the level or contacting support. There are no banners any more.
