I recently reinstalled Candy Crush Saga on my device and tried logging in with my Facebook account to restore my progress. However, after successfully logging in, I noticed that my progress has been reset to the first level.
I am sure that I used the correct Facebook account, as it is the same one I always used to play the game. I have also tried the following steps to recover my progress:
1. Restarted the app and my device.
2. Updated the Candy Crush Saga app to the latest version.
3. Cleared the app cache (on Android).
4. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app again.
5. Checked the Facebook app settings to ensure Candy Crush has permission to access my account.
Despite all these efforts, my progress is still not restored. I had reached level [insert your last known level], and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering it.
Could you please guide me on how to retrieve my progress or investigate if there was an issue with my Facebook account syncing?
