How can I pass level 12951 when nothing breaks the squares on the side so they can fall down??

Hello @Maria_Attard I just managed to pass this level on my third attempt using the three starting boosters. I used the following strategy:

Turn on hints. Follow the hinted moves including those that match a square of 4 to create a fish. Fishes will help clear the toffees underneath the dragons but they alone are not enough. When you get the chance to clear candies at the bottom with a coconut wheel use it. Once you get to the box with the horizontal stripe at the bottom making a match next to it will fire a horizontal stripe to hit the two vertical stripe boxes and so clear the path for the dragons.

This is the starting board:

I got to this point on my screenshot below by following the suggested moves from the game hints.

At the point below I can see that if I match the three green candies on the second row from the bottom it will bring the red candies into a position to match them next to the stripe candy box.

At this point if I match the three red candies next to the box on the bottom row it will fire all the striped candy boxes and clear the last remaining toffees. So I passed this level with 6 moves remaining just by playing the three starting boosters.
