I purchased a Gold Pass 5 days ago (on a Sunday). I used some of the boosters, but I did not use the ones adding extra playing time because I didn’t have the time for extended play when purchasing the Gold Pass. I assumed I would be able to use them when I had extra time to play. But the next day, the unused boosters were gone. Since I paid for them, I should be able to use them at my convenience. I would like some compensation. Also, I earned 20 minutes of extra play by passing a level. I did not claim the extra 20 minutes immediately and when I came back to my game a couple of hours later, the extra 20 minutes was not given to me. I didn’t close my game after earning the extra playing time.

Hello @retiredbengalboss Unfortunately that is how the Season pass event works. It runs from Tuesday to Monday every week. At the end of this time the game will offer us to purchase the gold pass and also to claim any unused boosters, but they do not carry over into the next week. So each Tuesday the event starts with a new Season Pass. You do need to make sure you claim your rewards before the new Season Pass starts.
Also to answer your other question all timed boosters run down immediately we get them and they run down along with the clock on your device, regardless of whether we are logged into the game. So if you go away for half an hour your timed boosters will no longer be there when you come back. It is important to understand this and therefore we must time our game plan around this, as King will not change this nor give any refunds.
