When clicking on retry, it allowed me to play the level again although the life counter is 0. I played multiple times.
When I refused to replay and re tried to play the level it gave me no lives error.

Blimey, you are honest! Why would you want to report such a helpful bug? I suggest you contact player support if you really want to report this to King. If you do so via the game they will know your player ID and might be able to remove this ability from your game: Go into settings, click on My Account and then on the ? icon and scroll through the questions until you see "contact us" at the bottom.
