Llevo semanas que no puedo comprar aparece este error y luego si reintento se pone en blanco y se cierra. E reiniciado. El móvil Borrado el juego vuelto a instalar y nada .

Hello @Marylope I do not recognise this pop-up and it does not look like it is part of the game Candy Crush. Have you checked if your payment details are correct and that your credit card has not expired? You would need to check this with Google Playstore or Facebook, depending on which payment method you use. It might just be that you need to input a new expiry date for your payment card.
