All stars disappeared

I clicked play when asked about all stars but the game has disappeared. I played last year. Any idea why I can’t play this year. I live in USA. How can I get it back?

So sorry!!! This game loves to exclude people who play buy the rules and let the cheaters run wild. This happens all the time. They dont care to fix the issue espically after they have you spend money to play. They know no matter what they do, people wont stop playing.

I am sorry to hear that the Tournament has disappeared from your game!

Can you please tell me when did this happen? If it was today, did you play the game and collected candy yesterday? Did you see the leaderboard as well?

I clicked play yesterday. I played yesterday and today. Never saw a leader board. Rebooted the phone. Updated the app. Still don’t have all stars. I had purple candies when I played. I’m up at level 12555. Does that have something to do with it?

So, you do not have the star shaped Purple candy either? What do you see on the "home" screen of the game (where you click on "Play" to enter into the game)?

I used to get the all stars countdown until yesterday when I clicked play. Now I get a white monster and cat on grass with candies around them.

no purple stars. Just regular purple candies.

Hi @eppy, I am sorry to hear about the trouble with the All-Star challenge after you were able to see the countdown.

If I understood correctly, you were never able to start your participation right(collecting candies and these getting added to the score) and also you do not see the event listed in the "Events" tab?

We can try some steps to help with this situation:

• Make sure you are connected to your account, and your Internet connection is stable. If you log out and back into your account, the event might need some time to reappear. 
• Please play 1-2 levels and go back to the map to see if it comes back. 
• You might be using the wrong account. Maybe somebody has logged into their account on your mobile, tablet or computer?
• Can you also confirm to us that your device timer (date/time) is set correctly? If, for any reason, the timer of your device has been modified, could you please try reverting back to the current time and date. (It is best that you set it up to automatic)
• Have you traveled outside of your country recently?

Great to hear @eppy! Any chance of giving other players some tips on what you did to get it back? That would be really helpful as many others get this problem.
