after trying unsuccessful attempts in the past i finally got a response after not receiving my gold bars for winning a episode race, and they actually responded in less than an hour. Have you had positive responses when trying to reach King?

Ich hatte auch immer sehr netten Kontakt zum Support. Z.B. habe ich den Winter Cup gewonnen, muß aber jeden Monat den Support anschreiben um meine 100 Goldbarren zu bekommen. Sie sind immer sehr nett und helfen.
I always got great responses from Customer Care but things changed shortly after All Stars 2024. Most of my responses were automated Bot with referrals to the Community for assistance. If I responded this would create ongoing emails looking for Feedback for Customer Care. Eventually I just gave up trying to get a decent response. Hopefully you will have better luck.
