Why am I at the end of my levels in Candy Crush 16685 , but I see more levels on YouTube?

Firstly the term "newbie" does not relate to your experience in the game at all, it means simply that you are new to this community!
I am not sure why you would not see the other 2000 levels of Candy Crush in your game! Which platform are you playing on? Are you maybe using a really old Android phone? There should be more than 18,600 levels of Candy Crush and if your game does not show those you must be playing an outdated version which is no longer supported by King. Please check you have updated the app.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
