The boards are fixed and pre determined by the design team. Eventually you should get a lucky board that will allow you to pass. Try to play the suggested moves for about the first half of the level, by following the hints. These will lead you to a lucky board as and when the game design decides that you may pass. A lucky board would normally lead to the opportunity to create combos of special candies eg. colour bomb +striped, or wrap + stripe. This opportunity may not come for very many attempts since King want players to spend money on extra moves and boosters.
