I am still not getting my candy Royale coins and can't figure out who to reach out to.
If you game loses connection to the server during the final stage of Candy Royale the claim button does not work. This is a problem for many players because the event itself will continue to play normally even if we are offline. So often it is only at the last moment when the "claim" button appears that we realise we have lost connection to the server. You may want to try contacting King using the link below, but our experience with player support is that they might give you some compensation such as a few boosters, but not the gold you should have earned in the event.
If your problem with Candy Royale is not the claim button then please restate the issue and include a screenshot as well if possible.
