In the hub for Candy Crush Saga All Stars tournament people get a character picture. How do you get your picture as a finalist? I have won a knockout round but didn’t get my picture in the hub. How do I get my picture in the All Stars Hub?

I checked the "All Stars Hub" in my game and all I saw was a picture of Suzanne - who was one of the Finalists from last year's (2024) All Stars Tournament!!
Do you see something different? If so, can you please post a screenshot of their image?

I don't know much about the live finals @mewtbaby but what I do know from last year is that after the second knockout round finishes there will still be about one million players left in the competition. So to be honest it's a bit early for any of us to worry about how the finals will be played out. As far as I can recall players in the live finals are given a tablet or phone by the organisers, and all ten finalists play the same levels with the same amount of boosters, so players do not use their own devices or spend money during the live finals.
hi Christine , thanks for the reply and I also have the same in my hub. So I’m guessing by your answer that these are from the previous winners in the All Stars. Do you by chance know how many rounds are played in the live show? Or if you can spend your own money to win? By that I mean by gold bars. Thanks again. Laurie
You don't. The All Stars Hub is like an advert or general information site for All Stars. It does not involve players who are competing right now. Please also note that there are more than a million players still left in the competition right now. Winning a knockout round does not mean you are almost a finalist.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
