Why program a Puzzle with a auto Game Over?

Why the F would you start a board with no possible draws and redraw another impossible one and force a Game Over?

I lost everything in that day and more because of your crappy coding. Is there a reason?

And it wasn't the first time.

I won't spend a massive amount of money on this when you can't trust it.

Pls, try to answer this without saying shit happens.

You actually do need to report this level to Support. It should not happen and can be prevented if the design team are alerted to specific levels where this happens. It happens when there is only one or two possible first moves in the level design and then the win streak plus pre level colour bombs block that one possible move. This is easily fixed by making win streak boosters drop late or disabling them, so if you do spot such a level please be kind and report it to support so that others coming after you will not have to experience the same error that you did.
