I played and qualified in the all stars repechage and when it was time to collect the prize it WAS NOT COLLECTED!
I made a post here and got this as a response:
I have sent several support requests with prints and screen recordings clearly showing the problem that occurred to me. And all I got in response was:

please DO NOT reply to me telling me to use contact us! CONTACT US is telling me to come here!
The question is: WHO IS GOING TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM? WHO?
How can you treat players like this? Like robots? We are people! I played and this happened to me, who is going to solve it?
support tells you to come to the community and the community moderator tells you to go to support! and so it stays in this infinite loop?
This game is destroyed!
CONTACT US DOES NOT WORK!
