Why did I end up in the of the repechage if I qualified in the 1st? 2nd round

I played and qualified in the all stars repechage and when it was time to collect the prize it WAS NOT COLLECTED!

I made a post here and got this as a response:

I have sent several support requests with prints and screen recordings clearly showing the problem that occurred to me. And all I got in response was:

please DO NOT reply to me telling me to use contact us! CONTACT US is telling me to come here!

The question is: WHO IS GOING TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM? WHO?

How can you treat players like this? Like robots? We are people! I played and this happened to me, who is going to solve it?

support tells you to come to the community and the community moderator tells you to go to support! and so it stays in this infinite loop?

This game is destroyed!

If the issue was just the difficulty it would be less bad, but losing the super color bomb without having lost any stage, just finishing the game yesterday was terribly discouraging! And just now I just lost my entire winning streak because of a stage that became IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE!

Hi @Espiralado It's great to hear you've got the event. Yes, this final knockout rounds are very tough to win, and we have to win to get to the second final knockout, and that one will even get tougher to win. So don't spend your life savings on trying to keep up and good luck!

I qualified and now I'm in the qualifiers, it's really being very difficult to stay on top, what I was afraid of was having lost the classification due to the failure, I thought that whoever qualified in the 1st round wouldn't have to play the 2nd

There were two rounds to the 2nd chance round played on April 7th. If that is the date of your qualification then what you qualified for at that point was the second round of the 2nd chance round. I do understand that this is quite confusing and difficult to understand, especially since King did NOT make it clear that the 2nd chance round was in two parts. When did you play the round where you qualified in first place? Was this April 7th-April 8th? If so then you also had to come first in round 2. Unfortunately your screenshot suggests you were in 7th place. Sadly this means you were beaten and are out of the competition. It's a very competitive event with millions of players competing. Please don't be upset by this. It is a very difficult event to compete in to the end.

Here the extract which shows the event timings:

Second Chance 2 Round 1:

5.6.12. Where Participants: (i) are unable to collect sufficient amounts of All Stars candy in previous Stages, or (ii) have not yet participated in any of the previous Stages, Participants may be offered a chance to pass to Stage 4 through the Second Chance Rounds: Second Chance 2 Round 1 and Second Chance 2 Round 2. Collect the All Stars candy and finish first place in a Tournament Leaderboard in Second Chance 2 Round 1 to reach Second Chance 2 Round 2.

5.6.13. Event Timings: Second Chance 2 Round 1 is scheduled to take place between 09:00AM EDT 7 April - 09:00AM EDT 8 April 2025.

Second Chance 2 Round 2:

5.6.14. Collect the All Stars candy and finish first place in a Tournament Leaderboard in Second Chance 2 Round 2 to pass to the Stage 4 (Final Knockouts Round 1).

5.6.15. Event Timings: Second Chance 2 Round 2 is scheduled to take place between 03:00AM EDT 9 April - 03:00AM EDT 10 April 2025.

I still haven't been enlightened about whether what is happening to me is correct or not! My candy crush is showing me as competing in the 2nd round of the 2nd repechage of the all stars even though I HAD QUALIFIED IN THE 1ST ROUND!

The issue was that even though it was a response from a bot as you say, I received an email asking for an I evaluate, not just 1 but about 5, and I didn't even receive support from a person. Why did the evaluation email arrive for a ticket that hadn't been completed yet? That's why I thought there wouldn't be any support.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the All Stars Tournament!

With regards to the reply you have received from Player Support team about coming (back) to Community —> Usually, that would be one of the initial responses that is sent by a bot! We have to wait for 78 hours (max) to hear back from a real agent!

At present, I am assuming that the Player Support team must have been very busy with the players' questions regarding All Stars! Because of that, I would request you to please be patient with them to receive a response🙏
