Help! I was second in Knockout 2 and was heading to tomorrow’s final first knockout round and now my account lost the all stars wallpaper screen. I logged out and back in, and didn’t see my place time counter anymore or the ticket to final 1. How do I restore everything. I feel like I am unfairly disqualified as I played the game fair. And didn’t send anything offensive to anyone in the community. Actually not being able to log in to this community made me log out of the game, now my account has nothing and I’m not going to tomorrow’s tournament! How am I supposed to just accept that I lost All Stars. I earned this place in the finals fair and square why you kick us all out king why

Pins feature might not come back until you collect a new pin (that’s what happened in my game)! Let’s wait for your events to return and let’s go from there👍

Your events can be brought in with a simple trick👍
** 1st step —> replay an old level (Ex: 614) and lose it — come back to the map screen and open Events folder — most of your events will return! Please repeat it if your Treat Machine did not appear in the first try🍬
** 2nd step —> Replay an old level that has Purple candies and win it — since the Tournament is Live now, the candy you have collected will trigger the event and you should see the score board!
Please try both steps and let me know how it goes🍫🍫

they disappeared so did the pins folder

First of all, I need to ask you a silly question… You said you have logged out! Did you make sure that you have logged back into the game using the account you have saved your game progress until now?
If you are logged in, are you at your original level? What all events do you see in “Events” folder?
.** About “accepting terms” - those terms might not be the “All Stars” terms, but the game itself! When we log out of the game, the game thinks us as a new player! Hence, when we want to open the game, that screen pops-up!
Did you try the uninstall and reinstall? I'm not sure what else to do if the event disappeared. Unfortunately King do have an automated system which kicks players out of All Stars for a variety of reasons, including some that are unknown and unfair, apparently it is enough to just have too many boosters or act in a "suspicious manner". I doubt that you can get the event back by contacting player support now, but you could try that using this form.

In that case you should be able to retrieve your data using the "already have a King Account. Log in with email function. " If you go into settings in the app (the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen) and click on that and then on "my account" there should be the option to log out. Try to log out and then log in with your correct email and password. If this does not work then you could uninstall the app and reinstall the app. The when prompted to save the new game choose the "already have a King account Log in with email " option as shown in my screenshot above.
I am also not sure what you meant by your mother turning off tracking on your phone. May I just confirm that you are currently located in one of the participating countries?

Hello @Nicholas_Nii . In fact this community is not at all related to our games of Candy Crush, and the level in the community just means you are new here, your game is completely separate. It is a shame you logged out of your game due to this confusion. As you answered your own post the moderators might not spot your call for help. I will tag @PummyRaj to try and assist you.
In the meantime please let us know which device you play on and do you play via Facebook or have King email account? If you have an email account, please try again to log out of the game and then log in again. If we have a King Account and if we uninstall and reinstall the app then we should get all your progress and all your events back if we choose the "Already have a King account? Log in with email" option at the very bottom of this screen (in Settings, "my account")
Unfortunately I do not know how this works for players who use Facebook.

additionally I just reaccepted terms and conditions after something unexpected happened.
my mom may have taken my phone previously and turned off tracking without my permission. I will be so upset with her if this causes me to lose everything. She knows how much All Stars meant to me
