Why do I keep bouncing out of the challenge when I win a level (8 in a row, 12 in a row etc)
Make sure your device is connected to the internet and try rebooting it!
Hello @jeannemassininipina how often does this happen to you? Do you get bounced out of every Candy Royale that you play?
I can't think of any good reason for anyone to get bounced out of the Candy Royale after winning a level, but I can tell you that it is not an uncommon problem.
I am sorry to say that if this keeps happening to you then all you can do is contact King using the Help function of your game to see if they can determine if anything is wrong.
