When I’m playing in Candy Royale, several times I have passed a level but get bounced out of candy róyale and it tells me better luck next time. Why is that?

Generally, this happens when we open the game on a different device while playing Candy Royale on our current device! If that is not the reason for you to lose the race, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and report the issue.
