BIG 👎 I finished my pin sets and had been saving my duplicates for chests!! They disappeared!!

I am just less than a month into this game so maybe everyone else is use to this but..I finished my pins awhile ago and been saving my duplicates for chests but once I finished completed all of my pin sets, the ability to use my duplicates disappeared! How rude is that?! 👎👎

Yes I understand now but that was not how most of us understood it didn't say that anywhere, if it had id of used extras especially with one card to complete, I believe you should send a gift to those of us who posted about this. Thanks for ur prompt response.

We really appreciate you helping us understand where things might need more clarity!

Here’s how it works once you complete the full collection of Pins and claim the Grand Prize:

Your Sparks will reset - this means any unspent Sparks from duplicate Pins can’t be used after the Grand Prize has been claimed.
You’ll need to use your Sparks before completing the collection if you want to open Spark Chests.
When the collection window ends, your Pins and Sparks won’t carry over into the next season. Each new Candy Pins season starts fresh!

We understand this may be unexpected for some, and we’re passing your feedback along to the team so they’re aware of how this feels on your side 🙏

Hummmm and nowhere does it state upon completion any saved pins will no longer be available to trade

Yes, that happened to me. I completed the album and not only did my pins disappear(because, like you, I was saving them to make 80), but they only gave me one party booster. That's all!!

Hi I've completed all 15 sets and yes every set completed a prize/prizes were awarded to me. While completing duplicate pins can be traded, I had 70 pins to trade with one card to complete whole album, (Trying to get 80 pins for largest trade rewards) I completed the album before trading what I had saved, after completing I was going to trade what I had but they were no longer available. Anyone else here has this happened too??? Thanks and GOOD LUCK!
