How to remove candy crush off a device that I don't have access to

Hi, does anybody know how I can log out my candy crush on a device that I no longer have. My ex had my candy crush on his tablet and I log in through Facebook, so the 2 accounts are merged and any progress appears on both devices. Problem is when I win gold bars etc he keeps using them. I don't want him to have any access to my candy crush account. Any help appreciated. Thanks

No rewards
Since early December I've not had any extra lives awarded , butterflies not collecting. Game just not working as it normally would. I've reinstalled the game 3 times. Please help
