Why aren't friends sending me live?

I am receiving requests for luves but they are not be sent back yo mr

Hey there! I hope you're doing well.

Please note that in order to receive lives from your friends, they will have to accept your requests. Maybe they're just not accepting your requests at the time, or don't know how with the new lives systems through the Friends Hub.

Here's how to do so:

1. Mailbox: to reply to requests sent by friends.
2. Friends tab aka Social Hub: The new Social Hub provides you with a unified space where you can find new friends, trade lives and help friends that may be stuck on a level. It's also on the Social Hub that you can Send or Request Lives. To do so, simply do the following:

Tap/Click on Friends Tab > Select the Friend you want >Tap/Click on the "Request Life" or "Send Life" options right below your friend's profile picture. You can see how to do so in the image below:

2. Check Your Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as a weak signal might cause issues with receiving and using lives.
3. Update the Game: Make sure your game is updated to the latest version, as updates often fix bugs.
4. Log Out and Back In: Try logging out of your account and then logging back in. This might refresh your game and fix the issue.
