I have encountered a few times that episode race in my game disappears in the middle of the game. It's so frustrating that my streaks are disrupted. Does it happen with any of you
Thanks. I've written to support about this earlier as well. But the solutions doesn't help I just have to complete the episode and restart my streak. This is how it currently looks like
In this case you'd need to contact player support as it seems to be an issue specific to your account. It's best done from the app: Use settings, which is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen. Then use the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom.
It's still the same and this issue has been recurring since a month now.. It appears on the next episode.
The episode race may disappear if you lose connection to the server. This can happen even if you are connected to the internet. To reconnect close the app, make sure you do have a good internet connection, best a reliable wifi, then reload the app and the flag should show up again at the top left of the map screen. Once the episode race has loaded it does not usually disappear mid race. If it does then closing and reopening the app should fix it for the flag to reappear.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
