I have charges that I didn’t charge

I have a charge for $29.99+$3.99+2.25 for tax, total $36.23. My credit card was scammed and when I put a new card in Apple Pay I was charged $36.23 which I didn’t make. This is why I got rid of my old credit card. I need you to credit my credit card immediately. If it is not credited I will have to go to my bank and report these charges. Please respond.
