I need help, please!

I've been playing candy crush for awhile. I decided to save my progress by connecting to Facebook and when I did. All of my gold bars disappeared. I had like 800 gold bars and poof, gone. Also all my boosters disappears. It saved my level that I was on but lost everything else. Does anyone have any ideas how to get my hard earned gold bars and boosters back? All support did was send an automated response with no actual help. I tried logging out of Facebook on the game and so that did was put me back to level 1.

Have you tried playing some old levels?

Some of my games are connected to Facebook too; and sometimes when I log in, the gold bars inventory is down to zero. Playing old levels help get it back to its normal level. (I never checked about boosters in those cases, but maybe it is the same situation as yours. Anyway my booster inventory is always ok when I get by gold bars back).

I would suggest for you to log in Facebook, play old levels and see if it helps.

As for Support, one needs to insist a few times before getting a human reply. So please send back your request till you get someone replying to you. If by any chance you have taken screenshots of your gold bars level and booster inventory, please attach these to your mail. It could help in case they need to replace them (although I am not sure if they would replace the lost boosters).
