I paid 30 gold bars to unlock a tier in the gold pass and it took my money, but did not unlock the tier. Grrrrr
Really? It costs 30 gold bars to unlock a tier in Season Pass??? That is daylight robbery. As a rule @moon5678 never ever pay gold to unlock a tier in Season Pass because it is so, so easy to get to the last tier for free: Old levels count for this, so please in future scroll back to an easy older level you know you can pass easily and play and replay that level until you have unlocked all the tiers.
For this particular problem, as you did not receive your reward after paying the gold I would suggest you contact Player Support. Use settings in your game, which is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen, then access the Help Centre. There are two versions of Settings now: either go into "my account" and then the ? icon, or into "account/help" then the Help Centre. Once in the Help Centre click and scroll through all the options until you see "contact us" right at the bottom of the screen. You should get the gold refunded or the tier unlocked. Unfortunately the event finishes on Monday, so I hope you will get this sorted in time. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
