Wasting turns to clear things that aren't there

This has happened to me a couple of times and I'll take a screenshot and post next time. I have to clear quite a few brown blocks to win the level but there are no brown blocks to clear. I see the row they are supposed to come down from and waste almost all the rest of my turns to try to get them to come down from that row. Then on my last turn they drop and of course I use my last turn and instead of getting ads to watch to get more turns I have to pay to get more turns. & not to mention for a day now I have not had the option to watch ads to get more turns or ads to get a booster before I play a level which is super frustrating on the harder levels. Are they doing away with ads?

Ah, the old fake chocolate block that doesn't disappear. I rarely seen them but I've learned not to waste moves or boosters trying to clear them.

So I did buy some gold bars with a prepaid card to clear one block that was left only because I was not getting ads anymore. The ads returned the next day but only for a little bit and now they are gone again. & my sweet cinema went from having like 16 choices to 9 and ill watch one ad and then get a message that says there are no more ads. It is super frustrating. I will definitely not buy anything again I guess but was having issues with the ads even before I purchased anything and that was the whole reason I did purchase anything. Makes me think that they would rather me spend money than watch the ads. But probably won't continue to play if thats the case...unfortunately.

Hi @AllieD Welcome to the Community 🤗 King certainly have many ways of controlling levels to ensure we use lots of boosters and/or gold bars, what level are you talking about.

No King are not doing away with adverts, they earn a lot of money from them. Adverts have never been a permanent feature in everyone's game, they can come and go. We have also seen many posts in the Community where others have posted that once they spent real money to purchase something in the game, their adverts stopped. Have you spent any real money lately, if so it's possible you won't get adverts back again. I've only seen posts from two players saying they got them back after approximately six months of not spending any more real money.
