Why do I lose my gifts

Several times I finished the quest and when there was a star of 5 lives I never got them. Also due to connection problems (there was none) I lost my super balls 🙄 got 4/4 wins and never saw them

Just wondering… how many lives there were when you reached the Milestone star? If you have 2 or 3 lives, then the prize will just refill the rest and other lives will go to a waste! It is the same, even if you have 4 lives!

About Super balls — by any chance, did you open a second device while playing the game? That will cause the "connection problem" pop-up and losing our Super Ball booster🙃
