is there a way on Facebook to log into my account with an email and password?

How do I transfer my progress from my iPhone to my laptop... On my iPhone I'm registered with an email, on my laptop I play through Facebook. In short, is there a way on Facebook to log into my account with an email and password (which are not related to Facebook in any way)?

My only option on Linux is to play on Facebook. Where is the blue "My Account" button?

As of now the game is only available on Microsoft Store, or you can play on your browser on Facebook.
