Try to use the copying mechanism when setting up your new iPad. If you hold both devices together everything would get copied, including your booster inventory, though this may not work with some very old devices. Otherwise your boosters won't transfer, but there is nothing that would stop you from getting a previously saved game back. The email you used to save your Candy Crush account does not have to be the same email that you use right now. Download the app, and when prompted use the "Already have a King account. Log in with email" option and type in the same email and password that you saved the account with.
