LEVEL 10472 Not Dropping the toffee swirl wafers down enough to win level

I am finding this level seems to have a bug. I don’t get how I can multiple moves sometimes 12 left and the game at this level will not drop down enough of the toffee swirl/wafers enough to allow me to win. This is very frustrating. Is this a bug? I have gotten close so many times but I can’t get the game to drop enough of these required to advance.

thank you for the suggestion and the video @christinewupp I appreciate it. I ended up passing it finally after about 20 more minutes. I had unlimited lives at the time, but I feel like they King Game Co. is just trying to cause us frustration enough to spend gold bars. I find I am doing this more and more. I want to just quit the game when it feels it’s rigged against people who want to play for fun. Thank you for your feedback!

Hello @Xtremelysassy_ I did find a video from a year ago which is likely to look similar to your level. Clearly those toffees are meant to drop slowly but it can be that King have taken away moves from this level since this video was made. From the video I would think that you will pass this level only if you manage to remove the blockers on the board very quickly early on in the level. If you have indefinite lives the way to play this level would be to quit as soon as you see you are not in luck, if you can't clear the spaces under the portal early on. Play a few moves, see if you get chances to make good combos of special candies and quit if you can't see good chances early on.
