I was recently helping one of my parents to try and transfer their old Candy Crush Saga save to a new device, trying multiple methods to transfer the data over. I tried countless times of the same method to transfer the data but it didn’t work, so I decided to uninstall the game thinking it think the issue but it deleted my parents hardwork instead. The account was logged in and now I don’t know what to do and how to fix it.
