has this happened to anyone else where you made an online purchase then all the "extras" are gone? No more "free" lives, etc. after viewing an advertisement, rtc.

Yes, this happens to every player who makes a purchase and we have been warning about this here in the community for years. If you check the thread at the top of this support forum page "video ads disappearing or not available" you can read over two thousand posts like yours.
