For several weeks now, I've set a new record by reaching over 300 levels without ever losing. This morning, while watching an ad to end my game, I'm surprised to see that the ad has disappeared from the app. I log in to continue playing. I realize I haven't been rewarded for the ads I watched, nor for resuming my current game. I therefore lose all the rewards I've accumulated. Could you please give me back what I've earned? Thank you for your response.

Hello @barcadelabek67 Welcome to the community. Our apologies for the useless answer above, that's automated and they did not read your post. I am not from King but a player just like you.

What has happened to you has been complained about by others and I can see how frustrating this must be. Ads are helpful but unfortunately they can hang up and break our games as well. I am not sure what causes this as I rarely choose to watch them but sadly whenever our game hangs up or freezes for any reason then that's it: all our win streak and the associated rewards are gone and not even King customer services can reinstate a win streak. The game is run by an automated system and nobody can overrule this. Don't worry about losing your win streak though as it does not matter in Candy Crush. There are no rewards for breaking any record win streak, which stands at 4444 in this community at the moment.The most efficient way to play is to not care about your win streak but concentrate on winning every champions race for the gold bars. After you lose a level quite often the game gets easier, so you should get your win streak rewards back soon. Please be careful not to spend any real m o n e y on this game because if you do you will lose those ads forever. Good luck!
