It's been several months since I've been unable to log into the game through my Facebook account. My FB account has always been active and never had any problems with logging into it, but suddenly I was faced with the "There is an error in logging you into this application. Please try again later.".
I've tried on multiple Android and iOS devices and nothing works. Nothing changes, it's not a FB privacy setting issue or anything else - it's something I'm not able to troubleshoot on my end. I just can't log into the game and King needs to sort this out from their back-end.
Suffice to say I didn't link the account to King - only through FB, unfortunately, hence why I'm here asking for help. However, I can't be the only one to have this problem? Or if I do, surely the generic responses won't help? I need a deeper look into this problem or some actual steps that work.
Note: I have friends and family that are able to log into the game through their Facebook accounts - so this seems to be related to my Facebook>Candy Crush Saga connection.
Can anyone please advise on what else I can do here? How do I get King to respond to my query with an actual person and not a bot-generated response that doesn't help?
