I know the pc version is available but is there any way to use the andoird version on laptop? (to have the same experience on laptop as phone :)).

If your emulator is intended for developers or other work purposes and not for the end users, it would make sense for it to work with apks. Bluestacks is intended for gamers and they are supposed to download those games from the Play Store. I understand that you have reservations about installing apks, but you'll either have to get hold of the apk and install it on your existing emulator, or go with BlueStacks and possibly have other inconveniences, like ads. There's no way to run an Android app on a PC without using an emulator. You'll have to choose the one that suits you.
I have a different emulator and i have installed cx file explore apk for my work. I had install it with its apk file.
I haven't tried it myself, but from what I understand, BlueStacks can access the Google Play Store, so you shouldn't need the apk (source).
For that do i need to download the apk file of candy crush saga?

If the musical event doesn’t work and they refund everyone’s coins, then none of us should play this game anymore because it’s a scam. And personally, I love playing Candy Crush and I spend a lot of money on it — I spend around $70 just to get 300 gold bars.
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
