I was playing on hard level
and I should have won, but the game still counted it as a loss. Please take a look at the screenshot.
The image showed that the dragon was sitting over the exit. The question was why this did not finish the level as a pass. The answers given were the best response: In such a case players should contact Player Support.
It looks like in your screenshot that you would need to spend 10 gold bars to continue playing
